Plankebiff av elg lages i utgangspunktet av en stor biff som stekes på en fjel i ovnen sammen med duchessepoteter. Vi har laget en variant av denne og serverer plankebiffen med bakt potet.

Slik gjør du:

1. Pakk bakepoteter i aluminiumsfolie og stek dem på 230 °C i ca. 1 time til de er gjennomstekt.( Stikk i dem med en spiss kniv).

2. Krydre elgbiffene og brun dem pent på begge sider i stekepanne.

3. Legg biffene over på en trefjel og sett dem inn i ovnen på 200 °C i 8 minutter. La dem hvile i 8 minutter, da er biffene medium stekt. 

4. Legg kryddersmør på biffen, sett bakt potet på planken, og server med rømme og en salat.

INGREDIENSER

  •  800 g  ytrefilet av elg , skåret i biffer
  •  1 ts  salt 
  •  1 ts  pepper 
  •  2 ss  margarin til steking

 

  •  4 stk  bakepotet 
  •  100 g  kryddersmør 

TREFJELER SOM HAR LIGGET I VANN I MINST 2 TIMER
